As the first point of contact after a purchase, the Onboarding Specialist will guide customers through their journey with StemWave by leading introductory calls, setting clear expectations, providing hands-on device training, and introducing key marketing strategies.
Ensure a successful onboarding track for new Easygenerator customers, helping them to reach their first success and milestones through onboarding sessions, training, and webinars. Engage and activate customers to aid the Customer Success team in renewals and expansions. Work with Customer Success Managers to monitor customer health, optimize the onboarding process, and advocate for customers internally.
As a Client Success Manager, you will be the backbone of our client experience, ensuring every client feels supported and empowered. You’ll interact virtually, using your technical expertise with a personalized touch. Your day-to-day will include capturing client details, crafting engaging messages, monitoring progress, and building authentic relationships.
Deliver high quality customer service to customers when they need you most. Promptly handle and resolve all enquiries from customers and external contacts to ensure delivery of our streamlined claims service. Establish timely reserves within authority limit by estimating value of claims. Identify potential Recovery and Fraud claims. Maximise Productivity within the Team. Follow established claims handling procedures for low complexity, low exposure claims to ensure consistency and quality claims service. Negotiate settlement of claims within authority limits. Contribute to a positive and supportive team culture.
